Return Merchandise Authorization Request

As per our Terms & Conditions, to return a screen the customer must first request an RMA number by sending an email to with the following items (bold items required):

  1. Your name (and company if applicable)
  2. Your email address & phone number
  3. The LCDs4Less Invoice # (and Purchase Order # if applicable)
  4. Any commentary you wish to add.
  5. For each item to return, please provide:
    • Part #
    • Quantity
    • Serial #
    • Item Description
    • Reason for Return

Within 2 business days you will either receive your RMA number or be contacted by our RMA department. Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number as issued by an authorized ScreenTek associate.

After we issue an RMA # to you, please include our response email with your return, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.


  • Return merchandise must be post marked within 10 calendar days of issuance of RMA number.
  • All serial numbers must be legible and match those of original shipment.

  • You may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Advanced replacements for RMAs are only available if the customer agrees to pay for the replacement, which would be refunded once the RMA panel is received.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping merchandise back to LCDs4Less, unless otherwise noted by an authorized LCDs4Less associate.
